MUSIC - LEVEL 02
Using found samples of Thailand drums and instruments processed in NI Reaktor, I've found a way to create a serie of eight tracks that represent each level. Level 02 is still minimal, repetitive but should represent more the straight and hard line between discipline and passivity. The groove is more tight and heavy than for Level 01, more dark.
THE ADDICTIVE LEARNING CURVE OF DISCIPLINE
From early morning training to bi-weekly lessons including full days at work and general life responsibilities, discipline is key. There are moments when doubt and negative questions comes to the mind, it's natural and it's quckly swiped away as soon as I put on the boxing gloves and start to hit the heavy bag. Wednesday mornings are the hardest for me... My body still suffer from the training, the lesson of the previous evening, my mind switch in a mode that is like "Monday and Tuesday done... Still 3 to survive..." It last a couple of hours and then my mood evolve, I think about why I love doing this and how lucky I am at 42 years old to be still in full control of my mind and body. Like my beautiful doctor says: You're perfect ;-) Hopefully even more next time I see her...
I've heard that an old friend of mine who is 42 years old as well has cancer and diabet, it makes me think deeper. It makes me follow tightly the daily routine I prepared, and again it tells me how lucky I am.
DIETETIC - Corona Virus COVID-19
Rice, vegetables, so many fruits, milk, honey, fish... My love for cooking is in full expression and I feel way more healthier than ever since I drastically changed everything. Hopefully, restrictions due to COVID-19 will not alter much my new dietetic.

Every Tuesday and Friday, 2 hours. Due to COVID-19, no training until 3 April.
A NEW VISION
So Level 02 is slightly affected by Corona Virus COVID-19 national restrictions but it's still an evolution... I added heavy lifts and lifted shadow boxing, bought equipment for daily Abs, Pushes and Yoga. With two weeks without real club training, I'm going to walk more with my dog, to learn more about Yoga, Theravada Buddhism and at top of all, I'm gonna optimize my time schedule even more.
